Recognized as one of the country’s best-rated doctors in ophthalmology, Dr. Quinlan is in practice with Retinal Consultants of Arizona, which he joined in 2007. A member of the American Society of Retinal Specialists and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, Dr. Quinlan is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, whose mission is to serve the public by improving the quality of ophthalmic practice through a process of certification and Maintenance of Certification that fosters excellence and encourages continual learning. The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began in 1994 when he earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at West Virginia University Medical Center and a two-year vitreoretinal fellowship at the Wilmer Eye Institute of the Johns Hopkins Hospitals in Baltimore, Maryland.
